Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. In these cases, original delivery costs will be included in the refund.

Change of Mind
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully when placing your order. As such, items that are not faulty or damaged cannot be returned for a refund.
